The world we live on has many natural rhythms and aspects, from the movement of our planet around the universe, the seasons, the tides, day and night etc. We all have the natural internal rhythms of our heart beat, breathing, sleep etc.

The more we are able to adjust our lives to the natural rhythms that we rely on, the more harmony and balance we will experience in our lives and in the world at large.
