Gratitude is one thing that will certainly bring more happiness into our lives. Being grateful and having the awareness to the wonderful things we take for granted will allow us to experience more joy and pleasure.

We seem to spend a lot of time and thoughts on what we don't have, which can leave us feeling unsatisfied and unhappy.

Try for a week to make a list of all the things you are grateful for and see what a difference it can make to you.
